Why not relax and wind down at Almond Tree Villa in the Sierra Viento hills, near Puerto Lumbreras in SE Spain, with your hosts Alastair and Martyn? If you only stay one night you will wish you were staying a week! We are situated in one of the most peaceful and warmest regions of Spain, and ideally positioned for touring around the region. Velez Blanco with its unique rennaisance castle and nearby Los Velez Parc Naturel are just 20 mins away. Aguilas and the beaches are 45 mins. We are just 5km from the A91 Autovia linking Murcia with Granada and Malaga. Puerto Lumbreras our nearest town is just 12km away.
Our spacious, purpose built villa, has three luxurious en-suite rooms for guests (see photo gallery) and a grand two storey guest lounge leading out onto our pool terrace. The 10x5m pool is surrounded by extensive terracing, landscaped gardens and amazing panoramic views of almond and olive groves. Our backdrop is the Cabezo Jara peak (our banner is our view)! It’s winter now with sunny daytime temperatures between 15-20c, ideal for lazing, walking, mountainbiking and sightseeing. You can use our ’honesty’ bar to help yourself to drinks, lunch time snacks and evening meals are available every day of the week, including Martyn’s famous paella!
